Privacy Policy for iOS

This privacy policy applies to the iOS version of the Photo Anomaly mobile game (the "Application"), created by Last Thylacine (the "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service. This service is provided "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Service Provider does not require users to create an account and does not maintain its own database of user profiles or gameplay data.

The Application uses Appodeal to display advertisements. Appodeal and its advertising partners may automatically process information including:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address;
• device identifiers such as IDFA and IDFV;
• device model, operating system, language, app version, network provider, and connection information;
• advertising interactions such as impressions and clicks;
• technical and performance information used for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.

Approximate location may be inferred from the IP address. The Application does not request precise GPS location and does not access the device camera, photo library, contacts, or microphone. The camera and photographs shown in the Application are simulated gameplay features.

Advertising and Tracking

Where required, the Application may display a consent form for advertising data processing. On iOS, the Application may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies. Users can deny this request and can later change the permission in the iOS Privacy & Security settings. Ads may still be displayed when tracking permission is denied.

In-App Purchases

The Application offers an optional in-app purchase. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store using Apple's purchasing system. Last Thylacine does not receive or store payment card or bank account details.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that process data according to their own privacy policies:

Data Retention

Last Thylacine does not maintain user accounts or its own database of advertising or gameplay profiles for the Application. Appodeal, its advertising partners, Unity, and Apple retain and delete information according to their own privacy policies.

Opt-Out Rights

Users can limit tracking through the iOS privacy settings, use consent options presented by the advertising service where available, or stop further collection associated with use of the Application by uninstalling it. Privacy questions or requests concerning information held directly by Last Thylacine may be sent to the email address below.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. Last Thylacine does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
